Pair of 1 grade in tricolor stripe sewn on horizon blue wool.

Rare 3-color stripe measuring 12 mm wide since the new rank reform of October 22, 1914 in order to be less conspicuous.

Replaces that of 22 mm placed around the collar and the sleeve facings of bugles and drums since the reform of the uniform of 1827.
